Steps for Newly Licensed Agents

Mentee Program and Training

Our New Agent Program is designed to give you assistance as quickly as possible. If you have a question you will post it on the WhatsApp Channel for NAT (see step #5).  While you are in our NAT program you must obtain a review from one of the mentors prior to obtaining any signatures from clients.  You will submit all paperwork to mentor@rogprosper.com and then post on the WhatsApp Channel that an email has been sent and needs review.  This allows us to be highly responsive.  Company Meetings are Mandatory on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and will include some training components. Then there will be required NAT courses every other week along with watching our series of videos (see step #3 and 4).  We recommend you spend at least 1-2 hours a week watching the videos and repeat as necessary.
